We come to your home or premises, check your broadband speed at the router and walk round with a signal meter to find the weak spots. Then we fix the cause, whether that is router placement, settings, interference or simply a router that is past its best.
Where a stronger solution is needed we can add a mesh system or extender, or run a proper network cable to the rooms that need it. We connect your devices and test everything before we leave.

Most home Wi-Fi and broadband fixes are covered by a Home Repair Visit at £45.00 for a 1 hour engineer visit. Business networking and data cabling fall under a Business Repair Visit at £55.00 for a 1 and a half hour engineer visit.
Any hardware, such as a mesh system, extender or cabling, is quoted before any work starts.

Do you set up new broadband routers?
We do. We connect the new router, secure it with a strong password, reconnect all your devices and make sure your printer and smart devices are working before we leave.
