The IT Tech is a one-engineer mobile computer repair and IT support service based in Lincoln. We come to you, explain things in plain English and fix the problem properly.
Meet James
The IT Tech is run by James, an IT engineer based in Lincoln. He has been helping homes and businesses across Lincolnshire since 2013, and he is the person who answers the phone, turns up at your door and does the work.
James explains things in plain English. He is patient with people who are not technical and happy to take the time to show you what he has done and why. You will never be made to feel silly for asking a question.
Because it is one engineer rather than a call centre, you get the same friendly face every time, and someone who already knows your setup.
How we work
Getting help is simple. Book a visit online in a couple of minutes, or call 01522 396081 and we will find a time that suits you.
- We come to you, at your home or workplace, anywhere in Lincoln and across Lincolnshire.
- If it is easier, we can collect a laptop, fix it and bring it back.
- Visits are charged at a clear fixed price, so you know the cost before we arrive.
- If a part is needed, we quote it first and only go ahead once you are happy.
Most problems are sorted in a single visit. If something needs more time, we will tell you straight away and agree the next step with you.
