How a visit works
Tell us what you have bought, or ask us to recommend and supply something suitable. We come to you, set the device up properly and connect it to your Wi-Fi, printer and email. Then we transfer everything from your old device so nothing is left behind.
Before we leave we sit down with you and go through the basics at your pace. No jargon, just what you need to know to enjoy it.

What it costs
Device setups are covered by our Device Installations package at £65 for a 2 hour engineer visit. That gives us time to set up the device, transfer your data and show you round it without rushing.
Any equipment we supply, such as a printer, cables or a new laptop, is quoted before any work starts.

Can you move everything from my old laptop to the new one?
Yes. We transfer your documents, photos, music, browser favourites, email and printer settings. Where possible we also reinstall the programs you rely on so the new machine feels familiar straight away.
Do you set up tablets and phones too?
We do. iPads, Android tablets and smartphones are all covered. We set up your accounts, email, apps and photo backup and show you how to use them.
Can I buy the device through you?
Absolutely. We can recommend and supply a new or refurbished laptop, a custom-built PC, a printer or other equipment, and it comes to you set up and ready to use.
