How a visit works
We come to your home or workplace, look at the problem and fix it there and then wherever possible. Software issues, slow performance, storage that has filled up and account problems are all sorted on site.
If a Mac needs parts or a longer job on the bench, we collect it and return it when it is done.

What it costs
Mac and Apple support at home is covered by a Home Repair Visit at £45.00 for a 1 hour engineer visit. For business Macs it is a Business Repair Visit at £55.00 for a 1 and a half hour engineer visit. Setting up a brand-new Mac or iPad with a full data transfer is best booked under our Device Installations package at £65 for a 2 hour engineer visit.

Do you really repair Macs as well as Windows PCs?
Yes. We support MacBooks, iMacs, iPads and iPhones alongside Windows computers. Many customers have a mix of both and we make them all work together.
My MacBook is very slow. Can it be fixed?
Often, yes. A full disk, too many start-up items or an outdated macOS are common causes. On older models a storage upgrade can make a big difference. We will tell you honestly what is worth doing.
Can you help me switch from Windows to a Mac?
We can. We set up the new Mac, move your files, photos and email across, and show you where everything lives so the change feels easy.
