Have used twice now and been very satisfied with the results. The costs are very reasonable when compared to the Big Players out there in the market who charge you for the privilege of being of going to them. James is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with, but sometimes I think he takes too much on, as time scales always seem to be stretched and take longer than initially planned. Still, I would not hesitate to pass on his details and recommend his service.

James is a really nice guy. He was very helpful and courteous. Took a little longer than he thought as the problem was a lot harder than first anticipated but we are very pleased to have our new computer and be up and running again. I would definitely use James again and certainly recommend him.

James worked very hard to solve the problem. He was very patient in dealing with a non IT savvy OAP. He took the time to explain and sorted out the problem.

The IT Tech was brilliant with me. Picked up my laptop and dropped it off when it was convenient to me, worked around my hours. Fixed the screen on my laptop, but also gave the filters a clean - with no hidden charge. I can highly recommend them and will use them again.

I had a problem with my laptop on Thursday, James came to assess the problem on Friday. I needed it for Monday, he took it away and delivered it back to me on the Sunday. All at an extremely good price.What fantastic service. It is "as new", James installed everything I needed and I couldn't be more satisfied. 5 stars, highly recommended. Excellent all round.
