Brilliant Service, ordered and delivered my PC to my personalised specification within a week. Any questions I had were quickly and professionally answered almost immediately. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for any computer needs.

James came to sort issues on my wife’s machine and mine. We found him to be as usual – courteous, knowledgeable, and a speedy worker; he left us less than half-an-hour after his arrival, having resolved both problems. Thank you again James.

Very quick at replying to organise a suitable date to inspect my faulty device. Arrived in suitable PPE and followed all COVID guidelines strictly. Once the technician, James, had inspected it he gave me a clear and understandable explanation of what the issue was and the steps needed next while also openly stating what costs would be involved. James gave some post service advice as well which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend to anyone needing some help with their own IT issues.

I found James’ number through the local community magazine. My son’s laptop power jack had failed. James checked the machine out but a repair risked a greater damage to the motherboard. In consultation, we decided that data recovery was the way forward. It was all completed quickly and professionally. We are now looking to source a new laptop with the help of James.
