What does the visit fee include, and what if the job takes longer?
The visit fee covers the engineer's time on site for the length shown on the package, and most problems are sorted within that. If a job needs more time or new parts, we will explain the options and agree any extra cost with you before going ahead. There are no surprises on the bill.
How do I pay?
You pay once the work is done. We take card payments through Stripe, bank transfer or cash, whichever is easiest for you. You will receive an invoice for every job.
