How a visit works
Book online or give us a call and tell us what is wrong. We come to you at a time that suits, take a proper look and explain what we find in plain English. Most repairs are finished on the spot.
If a repair needs parts or a bit more time, we collect the machine, fix it at the workbench and return it to you set up and ready to go. You are kept in the loop the whole way.

We will always tell you honestly whether a repair is worth it. Often a simple SSD upgrade or a clean install gives a tired computer years more life. If a replacement really is the better option, we can supply a refurbished or custom-built PC and move all your files, photos and settings across.
What it costs
Most computer and laptop repairs are covered by a Home Repair Visit at £45.00 for a 1 hour engineer visit. Business machines fall under a Business Repair Visit at £55.00 for a 1 and a half hour engineer visit.
Any parts, such as a screen or an SSD, are quoted before any work starts, so there are no surprises.

Can you replace a cracked laptop screen?
Yes. Screen replacements are one of our most common jobs. We source the correct panel for your model, quote the part before we order it and fit it for you, usually within a few days.
Do I need to bring my computer to you?
No. We come to your home or workplace anywhere in Lincoln and across Lincolnshire. If a repair needs the workbench, we collect the machine and return it when it is done.
Will I lose my files during a repair?
We take care to keep your data safe. Before any work that touches the drive we talk you through your options and, where needed, take a copy of your files first.
