Do you come to me?
Yes. We are a mobile service, so we come to your home or workplace anywhere in Lincoln and across Lincolnshire. There is no shop to visit and no need to unplug everything and carry it into town.
How quickly can you come out?
Often within a day or two, and sometimes the same day if we have a gap. Book online to see the next available slots, or call us on 01522 396081 and we will find a time that suits you.
What does the visit fee include, and what if the job takes longer?
The visit fee covers the engineer's time on site for the length shown on the package, and most problems are sorted within that. If a job needs more time or new parts, we will explain the options and agree any extra cost with you before going ahead. There are no surprises on the bill.
Can you collect my laptop and bring it back?
Yes. If a repair will take longer than a visit, or you would rather not wait around, we can collect your laptop or computer, fix it and return it to you once it is done.
Do you fix Macs and iPads?
Yes. We work on Apple Macs, MacBooks, iPads and iPhones as well as Windows PCs, laptops and Android devices. If you are not sure whether we can help with yours, just ask.
Can you set up my new laptop and move my files across?
Yes, this is one of the jobs we do most. We set up the new machine, move your documents, photos, email and favourites across, connect your printer and Wi-Fi, and make sure everything works before we leave.
